All Simple Software clients are provided a general support package as
a part of their monthly maintenance fees for our hosted solutions.
The general support package provides for phone and e-mail support,
Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time. We will
respond to any reported issues within 4 business hours.
If your needs
are of a more critical nature or fall outside of those timeframes, advanced
support packages are available for our hosted applications as well
as for any custom products or services we deliver. Please contact
our sales department for information regarding those packages.
